was formed in 1991 as a healthcare management company that assists
larger organizations in the staffing and management of specific
departments and work sites within their organization. FirstCare’s
work is primarily in the areas of rehabilitation and occupational
medicine.
Our years
of experience and knowledge let’s our clients know their departments
will be appropriately staffed and managed to maximize patient care
and operational efficiencies. We have assisted hospital rehab
departments through very successful JCAHO surveys and Medicare
reviews, improved documentation and billing procedures, and
minimized claim denials.
FirstCare
started as staffing provider of rehab services to hospital,
outpatient, home health and long term care facilities. As the
company continues to grow, FirstCare has become more than just a
staffing company. FirstCare has become a healthcare management
company with expertise in multiple areas within the business of providing quality healthcare.
